What You’ll Do
- Connect with candidates to understand their background, interests, and career goals
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess fit and potential
- Learn how to source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
- Partner with experienced recruiters to support open searches
- Assist in managing the recruitment process from initial contact through placement
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with professionals
- Competitive mindset with a desire to learn sales and recruiting fundamentals

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $48,000-60,000
- Uncapped commission plan
- On-target earnings: $80,000-$110,000
