- Develop, maintain, and analyze standard costs, including material, labor, and overhead
- Oversee inventory valuation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Analyze cost variances and provide explanations and actionable insights to management
- Lead month-end and year-end cost accounting close processes
- Prepare and review cost-related journal entries, reconciliations, and reports
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency and margin performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning related to manufacturing or operational costs
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls
- Manage and mentor cost accounting staff
- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations related to cost accounting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
