Due to growth, my client, a leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking Director of Global Procurement Operations to join their dynamic team. This leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategy, procurement digital transformation, supplier lifecycle management, and operational excellence across a global organization managing approximately $2B in spend.

- Lead global Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations, governance, and procurement process strategy
- Drive procurement digitalization initiatives, including Ariba/SAP optimization and automation
- Develop standardized global procurement frameworks, KPIs, policies, and controls
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Quality, and Risk teams
- Oversee supplier onboarding, performance management, risk mitigation, and service excellence
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience
- Manage and develop a global procurement operations team while leading large-scale change initiatives
- Utilize analytics and business intelligence tools to improve supplier performance and decision-making
- 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership within a global manufacturing environment
- Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay processes, procurement systems, governance, and digital transformation
- Experience implementing enterprise procurement platforms such as Ariba/SAP
- Proven success leading global teams, large-scale programs, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and professional certifications preferred
