This role is critical to providing an accurate order processing, inventory coordination, and a high level of customer satisfaction across accounts. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order submissions, updates, and changes, while working closely with warehouse and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment. Must have manufacturing customer support experience to be considered.

Hourly Rate: $24-$28/hour, depending on relevant experience
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Work Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer orders from start to finish for both U.S. and international customers
- Enter orders into the system and get them ready for warehouse picking and shipping
- Work directly with customers to provide updates, make changes, and confirm orders
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or operations within a food or chemical manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
