We are seeking an experienced 316 Retirement Plan Administrator to support the administration of qualified retirement plans in a 3(16) fiduciary capacity. This role will ensure plans operate in compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting plan sponsors, advisors, and participants.

We are seeking an experienced 316 Retirement Plan Administrator to support the administration of qualified retirement plans in a 3(16) fiduciary capacity. This role will ensure plans operate in compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting plan sponsors, advisors, and participants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the 3(16) Plan Administrator for assigned retirement plans
- Manage plan operations including eligibility, contributions, loans, and distributions
- Ensure compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and regulatory requirements from the Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Department of Labor
- Review and process plan transactions and participant requests
- Support preparation and filing of Form 5500
- Maintain plan documentation and coordinate with advisors, recordkeepers, and TPAs
- 3 years of retirement plan administration experience
- Knowledge of ERISA compliance and 401(k) plan operations
- Experience with retirement administration platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple plans
