Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assurance engagements from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality results, and compliance with professional standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop engagement teams by providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Review workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
- Develop and manage engagement budgets, monitor progress, and ensure productivity and profitability objectives are achieved.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership by providing meaningful insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Assess internal controls and financial reporting processes, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients and support business development initiatives.
- Remain current on evolving accounting and auditing guidance and apply new standards appropriately to client engagements.
