We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. The technician will provide technical support in both retail and field service environments, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert device troubleshooting and repair.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile devices, including Android, iOS, and other operating systems
- Perform equipment repairs using hand tools and soldering techniques to replace or upgrade components
- Troubleshoot software problems related to operating systems like Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to identify faults and implement effective solutions
- Conduct field service visits for on-site repairs and technical support at customer locations
- Assist customers with retail sales of mobile devices and accessories, providing expert advice on device features and troubleshooting tips
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service performed in company databases
- Stay updated on the latest mobile device technologies, trends, and repair techniques
Skills
