Computer & Phone Repair Bench Technician

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
• Perform virus and malware cleanups.
• Clone hard drives and image computers for deployment.
• Replace screens, batteries, and internal components.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Learn to remotely diagnose and resolve printer and scanner problems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in computer and phone repair (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Basic understanding of networking and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A Certification or similar is a plus, but not required.
