We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Cashier to join our high-end carnicería. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, cash-handling experience, and preferably butcher or meat cutter knowledge to support our meat department when needed. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and requires someone who can provide excellent service to our community.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at checkout
- Operate POS system, process cash, card, and EBT transactions
- Bag groceries and handle meat/food items properly
- Keep checkout area clean and organized
- Assist with stocking, labeling, and rotating products
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
Qualifications
- 2 years cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Butcher or meat cutter experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must.
- Strong math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs
- Weekend/holiday availability
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
