Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, outgoing, and camera-ready Brand Ambassador to represent our brand across social media platforms. This role is not just about posting photos, it’s about creating valuable, engaging, and educational content that shows who we are, what we offer, and why customers should choose us.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable on camera, able to tell stories, demonstrate products, educate viewers, and connect authentically with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand positively in a variety of settings (events, social media, retail locations, etc.)
- Create daily video and photo content in-store and off-site (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
- Educate potential customers about the brand’s products or services
- Act as the on-camera face of our brand, engaging with customers and followers through storytelling, education, and product showcases
- Develop creative ideas that highlight our premium meats, specials, and the overall customer experience
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events
- Work closely with ownership/management to align content with brand goals
- Build a loyal digital community that drives real foot traffic to the store
- Assist with social media strategy, captions, and campaign ideas
- Track and report on campaign performance and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Experience as a content creator, influencer, brand ambassador, or on-camera talent
- Capable of working independently while effectively managing time and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong videography/photography and editing skills (Reels, TikTok-style content is a must)
- Strong social media presence and familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Outgoing, personable, and confident speaking on camera
- Ability to generate fresh ideas and deliver consistent, valuable content
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Passion for the brand, culture, connecting with people, and mission
Preferred Skills:

- Event planning or coordination
- Influencer marketing experience
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
