In this fast-paced and integral role, the operator will be responsible for setting up and operating die cleaning equipment, including die cleaners and die grinders. The operator will evaluate each die before and after cleaning to determine whether additional work is needed and complete any further cleaning as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate die cleaning equipment, including die cleaners and die grinders.
- Inspect and evaluate dies to determine if additional cleaning is required.
- Perform follow-up cleaning and grinding work as needed.
- Use basic measuring tools such as tape measures and dial calipers to ensure accuracy.
- Safely operate overhead cranes for moving and positioning dies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with basic measuring equipment (tape measure, dial calipers).
- Ability to safely operate overhead cranes (training provided if needed).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
