Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Engineer, based in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility to work from home and in the field. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting Project Managers on construction projects and managing project timelines and budgets. The role also involves managing some construction projects in the field as a field engineer.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience in Project Management or General Contracting and Project Planning to ensure timely deliveries and resource allocation
- Technical knowledge of construction.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing renovation projects including utility infrastructure projects.
- Hospital experience preferred.
