You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across departments to design custom solutions, maintain system performance, and ensure best practices are followed in architecture, security, and usability.
What You’ll Do
Administration:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
- Configure and monitor permissions, user access, and governance policies.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and health checks.
- Design and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and pages to meet business needs.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces and branding for portals, dashboards, and intranet solutions.
- Create and manage Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and third-party tools.
- Build custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality and performance.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator, Designer, or Developer.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online (O365) and/or SharePoint Server.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Solid understanding of permissions, governance, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive administration.
- Familiarity with Azure AD and Microsoft Graph API.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, workflows, and InfoPath (legacy).
- Previous experience with intranet design and user adoption strategies.
