What You'll Do:
Financial Reporting
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements for both internal leadership and external parties, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
- Prepare internal management reporting packages that provide insight into business performance, including variance commentary and trend analysis
- Support external reporting requirements, including audited financial statements, lender reporting, and other compliance-related submissions
- Support the month‑end close process and meet established close deadlines for reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting deliverables
- Review of trial balances and monthly trends; perform additional review as needed to support the close
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal controls over financial reporting
- Identify control gaps, propose improvements, and help streamline processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of financial data
- Assist in developing and updating accounting policies and procedures
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in public accounting and/or relevant industry
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Experience in an Architecture, Engineering, or professional services environment
- Deltek and financial reporting tool experience

Salary : $74,000 - $93,000
