What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Strengthen employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and support evaluation processes.
- Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, documentation, and resolution.
- Advise on disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with employment laws and company policy.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Maintain and support job descriptions, career paths, and development frameworks.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver solutions.
- Partner with HR Operations on employment changes, promotions, and leaves of absence.
- Support organizational change initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay informed on industry trends and HR best practices.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of HR Generalist experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Working knowledge of compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong proven understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience supporting multiple stakeholders and teams with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Proven experience with compensation strategies, programs, or analysis.
- Experience in the A/E/C or construction industry.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
