Role Description
This is a part-time (at least intially) on-site (ideally) role for a Design Drafter located in Dana Point, CA. The Drafter will be responsible primarily for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, ensuring that each project meets the high standards set by CPDstudio. The intent, at least initially, is that this team member focus on drawing/drafting for our residential and hospitality projects.
Qualifications
- Space Planning and Interior Design skills
- Client account management
- Architecture and Construction Drawings skills (2 years in Revit required)
- Experience in FF&E selection
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field
