The opportunity
As a member of our growing US Team, you’ll collaborate with a nimble, high-performing team of transportation management consultants in a fast-paced environment—helping to expand our practice and serve public and private sector clients with innovative solutions.
Your impact

Your responsibilities
Under the guidance of our US Senior leadership, you will:
- Research, synthesize and clearly communicate findings
- Conduct consultations with clients
- Write compelling and well-organized reports
- Work with data analysts to extract meaning from numbers
- Collaborate with cartographers and graphic artists to illustrate results
- Assist with managing schedules and budgets
- Assist with marketing and business development, including client outreach and lead tracking
- Assist with the development of winning proposals
- Foster productive and long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Contribute to marketing activities such as writing external thought leadership content, attending, or speaking at conferences, helping identify potential future candidates, or providing administrative support

What you bring to the team
- Master's degree in public policy, economics, urban planning, and engineering or similar discipline is preferred. A master's degree with academic distinction is desirable.
- 1 or more years of professional experience
- Ability to distill meaning and communicate findings clearly on paper or in person
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other software
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, conditions permitting
- The legal right to work in the United States

- Freight planning experience
- Experience analyzing large datasets in Microsoft Excel or other programs
- Spanish language experience
