Due to continued client demand, we’re looking for a Tax Preparer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tax work, values accuracy, and wants exposure to a variety of clients while building long-term career skills in public accounting.

What You’ll Do

As a Tax Preparer, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely tax returns while supporting our broader accounting team. Your work will include:

• Preparing business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 990)
• Preparing individual tax returns
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and firm standards
• Assisting with bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax reporting as needed
• Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines during peak tax seasons

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel (required)
• Experience with QuickBooks and Drake Tax Software (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and deadline-driven

Pay: $24.65 - $29.69 per hour
