What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee tax preparation staff
- Prepare and review business (1065, 1120, 1120S, 990) and individual tax returns
- Supervise bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax functions
What We're Looking For:
- 7 years of tax preparation experience in a CPA firm (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business (Required)
- CPA license (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, QuickBooks (Drake preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
