Game Management GAA The Athletic and Fitness Center is seeking a responsible and organized individual with a strong interest in athletics and event management to serve as the lead student supervisor for game day operations at Chatham University. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and capable of overseeing event staff and ensuring athletic contests are executed smoothly and according to established procedures. This position includes, but is not limited to, supervising clock and score table personnel, communicating with officials and coaches, ensuring equipment and facility readiness, and resolving on-site issues, as well as assigned by the supervisor. Responsibilities of the Position: Attention to detail is imperative. Provide on-site supervision for game day staff and ensure all roles (scoreboard operator, scorekeeper, line judge, etc.) are properly filled and functioning. Oversee and assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and game operations areas. Serve as the primary liaison between game staff, coaches, officials, and the Athletic Department during events. Ensure all event staff are following proper protocols, dress code, and professional conduct. Monitor event timing, help manage schedules, and troubleshoot any game management issues that arise. Completing other duties as assigned by the supervisor of this position. Student Staff must participate in online and in person training sessions provided by the Career Development Office. The position is in-person and hours vary depending on availability in relation to business hours. Nights and weekends are required. You will be asked to meet in person at least once per semester. There is a dress code/uniform that will be required for this position. All employees must first contact their current manager before applying for an Internal position.
