Job Description
Metro Community Health Centers (MCHC) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Neurologist to join our interdisciplinary care team. This role focuses on providing specialized neurological care to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust medications/treatments as needed
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Educate patients and caregivers on long-term neurological care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay current with advancements in neurology through ongoing training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- MD from an accredited medical school
- Active and unrestricted New York State medical license
- Board Certified in Neurology
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
- BLS Certification
- COVID-19 vaccination (as applicable)
