Seeking a dependable and detail-driven Welder to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with a steady hand, a sharp eye for precision, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will weld stainless steel components, interpret technical drawings, and help build equipment that meets the highest standards for food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weld stainless steel components using TIG /MIG techniques and cutting tools.
- Weld sanitary stainless-steel equipment to meet hygienic standards for food service.
- Interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to meet precise dimensions
- Cut, trim, and shape metal parts with accuracy and care
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- 2–4 years of TIG/MIG welding experience preferred (stainless steel)
- Must have experience or be willing to weld using a trigger (no foot pedals)
- Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints
- Strong communication skills in English (read/write/speak)
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus
- Must pass a welding test using a trigger
- Laser welding experience is a plus
- Must be able to work OT as needed
Salary : $24 - $28
