We’re looking for enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Play Party Hosts to help us create magical memories for families on their most special days! This role is primarily responsible for coordinating and executing birthday parties and events on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup to cleanup. Party Hosts also work with our team in the days leading up to each event to make sure every detail is in place.

Description
As a Play Party Host, you are the heart of the party! You’ll take the lead in coordinating and executing birthday parties and special events at our play café. From setting up decorations to guiding activities and ensuring a smooth flow, you’ll help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for children and their families. You’ll also work with our team during the days leading up to each event to ensure every detail is in place.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Event Planning:
- Collaborate with the birthday family to review party bookings and custom requests.
- Prepare party materials, activities, and décor based on event themes.
Event Hosting:
- Greet birthday families and guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Set up party area, play areas, and decorations according to event plans.
- Lead games, activities, or structured playtime as needed.
- Ensure smooth transitions between activities, food, and cake time.
- Manage time effectively to keep the party on schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the event.
Post-Event Duties:
- Clean and reset the party space promptly and thoroughly.
- Collect feedback and communicate any notable experiences to the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or in event hosting is a plus.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident leading group activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
- Must be available on weekends and occasional weekdays for special events.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 (based on experience) tips
