Coverage Areas
We are currently hiring for PRN roles across:
- Alameda County
- Contra Costa County
- Santa Clara County
- San Mateo County

Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Active California state license in your discipline
- At least 1 year of home health experience preferred
- Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Experience with Kinnser/Devero is a plus, but not required
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Communicate patient progress with the care team and office staff
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong work ethic
