What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Attorney (Condo/Co-op) position at Cozen O'Connor?
The New York office of Cozen O’Connor is searching for a real estate lawyer to join its condominiums and cooperatives practice. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing condo and co-op boards and/or sponsor-developers. This position sits in our real estate practice group and is not a landlord–tenant position. NY bar is required.
The salary range for this role is $240,000 - $305,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
