What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Associate position at Cozen O'Connor?
Cozen O’Connor seeks an associate with 5 to 7 years of experience to join the Fort Lauderdale Office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing and defending complex commercial litigation matters, particularly large-scale consumer class actions, in both federal and state courts.
Experience handling claims involving consumer protection and consumer fraud, privacy and data breach issues, products liability, and/or health care is preferred.
Must have excellent academic credentials, attention to detail, and strong research and writing skills.
A license in good standing in Florida is mandatory.
