Cozen O'Connor is seeking a litigation associate to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy. This position may support attorneys in various practice areas across the firm. Must have superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills. Admission to the Delaware Bar is required.
The salary range for this position is $215,000-$255,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
