Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department seeks a mid-level associate with significant insurance coverage experience to join the New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance coverage, preparing coverage opinions and litigating first party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims. The candidate will have litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required. Admission to NY required; NJ admission a plus.

The salary range for this role is $220,000 - $240,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
