Junior Graphic Designer / Front Desk Assistant (Part-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Part-Time)

About the Position:
We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer / Front Desk Assistant. This position combines creative design work with front desk and administrative responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day.

Responsibilities:
-Design and update advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, and other marketing materials
-Assist with website updates (web experience is a plus)
-Answer phones and greet clients and visitors professionally
-Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team
-Conduct online research and Google searches as needed
-Organize digital files and assist with office projects
-Complete assignments accurately and on time
-Take direction well and work collaboratively with the team
Qualifications:
-Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
-Friendly, professional, and dependable
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
-Willingness to learn and take direction
-Web experience is a plus but not required
