Multimedia Sales Associate

Coxswain Media is expanding their multimedia sales team.

We are searching for motivated individuals to join our team of professionals. You will be offering local,

regional, and national business owners marketing solutions to help grow their market share. You will

have multimedia branding channels to offer potential clients that include radio, digital, streaming television, billboards, email marketing, event marketing, mailers and more. This is an opportunity to

learn and grow with Coxswain Media. We provide training and sales support every step of the way. This is a sales position and requires an ability to present and speak to potential customers clearly and with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities every week. Providing customers with solutions to

their marketing problems.

• Maintain and grow current customers by providing new ideas and innovative programs

designed to continue to help them grow their market share.

• A motivation to educate yourself on different industries to be the best in your field.
• Manage the CRM and internal communication systems efficiently and in a timely

manner.

• Meet agreed upon quotas monthly. Grow your business every month.

Qualifications:

• Must be goal oriented, self-starting and possess a strong desire to succeed.
• Previous history of success in a customer-based field is a plus.
• Be tenacious with a smart, curious, and polite manner.
• Motivated to win. Eager to learn. Self-disciplined work ethic.
• Must be self-motivated to be successful.
• Knowledge of digital and radio sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 and commission

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30

Supplemental pay types: Commission  

Ability to commute/relocate: Hyannis, MA 02601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate

before starting work (Required)

Experience: No experience required. Previous work in sales or dealing direct with the

public a plus
