QUALIFICATIONS |
|
Experience in event management, athletics programming, or youth development preferred Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Current CPR/AED certification preferred. High School Diploma or GED Required. |

POSITION SUMMARY |
|
The Gameday Manager serves as the lead administrator of the facility during school-hosted athletic events. They ensure all event operations run smoothly by overseeing facility support, managing crowds, and fostering a safe, welcoming environment for students, families, and attendees. |
|
DISTRICT AND SCHOOL PRIORITY ALIGNMENT |

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
Serve as the lead administrator of the facility during assigned athletic events. |
|
Ensure the facility has proper support coverage for gate, concessions, official book, and clock operations. |
|
Manage crowd control and promote a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all attendees. |
|
Ensure alignment with district facility use policies and safety guidelines. |
|
Demonstrate leadership in troubleshooting challenges during events to ensure a positive experience for all participants. |
|
Serve as an on-site liaison between school administration, coaches, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations. |
|
Demonstrates high levels of professional leadership and integrity. |
|
Maintain appropriate professional appearance. |
|
Perform other duties consistent with the position assigned as may be requested by the Principal or District Youth Athletics Coordinator. |
