We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth across the region.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can coach, close, and build momentum.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead and develop both Outside and Inside Sales teams, driving performance and accountability
- Build and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Work directly with leadership (COO, GM) to identify opportunities and improve sales performance
- Support reps in the field—coaching inspections, presentations, and closing techniques
- Establish strong sales processes, coverage, and pipeline management
- Train and mentor team members to improve production, consistency, and skill development
- Monitor key metrics, track performance, and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met
- Leverage CRM systems to drive visibility, accountability, and results
- Align with operations and other departments to ensure strong customer experience and execution
- Represent Cox Roofing at events, trade shows, and in the community
- Travel as needed, including storm-related opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading sales teams in roofing, construction, or home improvement (2 years in sales management required)
- Strong background in in-home / outside sales environments
- Track record of driving revenue growth and hitting performance targets
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales talent at different levels
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold teams accountable
- Comfortable managing sales metrics, forecasting, and profitability
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
- High level of ownership, urgency, and competitive drive
Compensation
- Base Salary: $65,000
- Commission on self-generated business and company-provided (house) leads
- Total compensation tied to personal performance and overall team success
