Top performers consistently earn between $120,000–$220,000 annually, with earnings increasing as they build consistency and pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run company-provided leads, meet with homeowners, and educate them on Cox Roofing’s services and solutions
- Generate new business through community outreach and self-sourcing efforts
- Conduct on-site roof inspections and guide homeowners through recommended solutions
- Present proposals and close deals with confidence
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high-quality experience
- Track leads, activity, and project updates in CRM systems
Training & Growth

- Work directly alongside experienced sales reps in the field
- Learn inspections, presentations, and closing techniques in real time
- Gain hands-on experience while building confidence and product knowledge

If you’re new to the industry, you’ll be learning by doing—side-by-side with top performers.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement, roofing, or similar)
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Candidates with strong sales backgrounds in other industries will also be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, self-driven mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Ability to manage your own time and pipeline
Compensation
- Uncapped commissions
- Top performers: $120,000–$220,000 annually
