We specialize in residential and commercial exterior cleaning including house washing, driveway cleaning, roof cleaning, and gutter maintenance.

• Starting pay: $16/hour during initial training period (first 2 weeks)

• After training: Performance-based pay (commission opportunities)

• Top performers can advance into lead tech / truck ownership roles

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing homes, driveways, roofs, and commercial properties

• Operating surface cleaners and pressure washing equipment

• Mixing and applying cleaning chemicals safely

• Loading/unloading equipment and maintaining truck readiness

• Providing professional customer service on-site

• Maintaining job quality standards and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a drug test

• Clean criminal background preferred

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Physically able to lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
