The Maintenance Worker B performs facility maintenance requirements on

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair CNC machines and equipment in plant and
- Identify and perform a variety of repairs and preventative
plant and facility equipment
- Perform a variety of maintenance machine and facility repairs
- Train and develop Maintenance Level C & D employees
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery in the maintenance, repair,
- Complete work orders and paperwork regarding daily maintenance and
- Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures
- Follow all safety requirements for the individual and other
- Keep the work area clean and in orderly condition
- Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using
- Oversee Material Recycling and Coolant Programs
- Monitor and report to supervision, inventory levels of consumable
- Perform preventative maintenance on plant and facility equipment
- Perform maintenance requiring knowledge of skilled trades as
- Complete mid-level PMs and tickets
- Respond to hazardous waste incidents
- Use lifts and ladders
- Grounds keeping
- Facility upkeep, including light plumbing and electrical duties
- Manage chip and recycling program
- Perform low-level PMs and tickets
- Perform other related duties, as required
