Title: ERP Applications Manager – Order to Cash (JD Edwards)
Location: Germantown, TN or Richmond, BC

We are seeking an experienced ERP Applications Manager to lead and support the technology portfolio responsible for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including Sales, Inventory, Transportation, Shipping, Billing, and Accounts Receivable operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience, knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and a proven background managing ERP teams within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience managing ERP applications and enterprise systems.
Strong experience with:
- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) 9.2
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- EDI integrations and customer interfaces
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes including:
- Order Management
- Inventory
- Transportation and Logistics
- Billing and Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable and Cash Application
- Experience supporting production ERP environments and managing critical issues.
- Experience leading teams of 10 professionals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP modernization and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners.
- Knowledge of SOX controls and audit requirements.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ERP application portfolio supporting the Order-to-Cash process.
- Serve as the primary owner for JD Edwards and OTM applications.
- Manage ERP support teams and external vendors.
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Drive application improvements, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure application stability, performance, and transactional integrity.
- Support ongoing business growth through scalable ERP solutions.
