The Hospitality Aide at Senior Suites (SS) plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment for all residents and visitors. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with daily hospitality needs, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall ambiance of the facility. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, dining spaces, and hospitality-related facilities.
• Assist with setting up and serving refreshments during events and daily activities.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure needs are met.
• Support the coordination of hospitality services, including inventory management of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Document and report any maintenance issues or resident concerns to the appropriate personnel.
