What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at CoWorx Staffing?
We are seeking two quality inspectors to join a growing team in Biddeford, ME. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals with experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or production environments.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document defects, non-conformances, and quality concerns.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and equipment.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality management requirements.
Desired Background/Skills:
- Previous quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and drawings.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or related equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Information:
- Location: Biddeford, ME.
- Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour (DOE).
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
