CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an experience Assembly Technician to work within a Clean Room Environment within the Cheshire, CT area.
Shift: 1 Shift M-F 7 - 3:30
Temp to Hire opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Assembly Technician to perform within a Clean Room Environment.
- Able to read and work off of Engineering prints.
- Understand assembly process.
- Able to use measuring devices including torque wrenches and calipers.
- Ability to use a variety of tools, wrenches, screw drivers, snap ring pliers.
- Able to use pneumatic operated presses.
- Able to understand the operation of the valve.
Desired Background/Skills:
- High School Degree or GED Required.
- Ideal candidate will possess 3 years experience.
- Ability to do a repeatable job with precision and maintain concentration.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
- This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions.
- Ability to read and correctly interpret Engineering drawings.
- Must complete all necessary reporting and required paperwork.
- Must follow all safety procedures and practices.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude to support company policies and must be able to maintain a high-morale environment.
- Must be accurate (ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly).
- Must be energetic (ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work.
- Must demonstrate initiative (ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem).
- Must be organized.
