Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter & HR Manager role located in Charleston, SC. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles. The individual in this role will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute effective hiring strategies. Additionally, responsibilities will include maintaining recruitment databases, attending career fairs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
