Sales Planning Assistant Manager / Staff
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Planning Assistant Manager or Staff to support business growth through sales planning, performance analysis, forecasting, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate can work comfortably with large datasets, identify meaningful business trends, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for management. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and key sales KPIs.
- Prepare business reviews, management reports, and executive presentations for leadership.
- Conduct sales analysis and scenario simulations to support business decision-making.
- Analyze sales trends, business drivers, and performance gaps to identify growth opportunities.
- Review sales incentives, promotions, and profitability to evaluate business impact and ROI.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across reports and departments.
- Support sales forecasting, target setting, and business planning activities.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and HQ teams to align business metrics and planning objectives.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in Sales Planning or a related role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, data validation, and large dataset management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and business reviews is preferred.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
