This position will be responsible for utilizing search engines to gather pertinent information from recorded documents. It will also require some use of the phone to contact county recorder offices when necessary.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location. Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
Physical Demands and Activities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is rarely required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; rarely position self to maintain files; rarely moves boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
NTC Non-Exempt Operations Position
The amount of work that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients is subject to fluctuations. Due to these fluctuations, NTC may require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to an area where their services are more needed by NTC.
The willingness of personnel to assist in or move to other areas within NTC, when needed, is an important factor for the company to meet the needs of our clients. - Utilize search engines to locate documents needed to complete a file. Types of documents you may need to locate are Mortgages/Deed of Trust, Assignments, Liens, Power of Attorneys, Satisfactions/Releases, Property Tax Information
- This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Run individual productivity report daily for updating KPI statistics.
- Complete all files assigned by the due date.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.
