Job Summary:
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to provide high-quality care to our guests. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing physical support and assistance with mobility and transfers
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to licensed nurses
Assisting with feeding and hydration as needed
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
