Maintenance Director

Location: Farmington, UT (On-site)
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Flexible! 15-20 hrs per week, on call as needed
Pay: $20-21 hourly
Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance: Oversee and perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the building and grounds remain safe, clean, and compliant with all state, local, and company regulations, including fire safety and emergency preparedness standards.
Preventative Maintenance: Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for building systems, equipment, and resident areas.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, inspections, and maintenance projects as needed.
Groundskeeping: Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, snow removal, walkways, and parking areas, to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
Resident & Staff Support: Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from residents and staff while providing excellent customer service.
Inventory & Budgeting: Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment, maintain organized records, and assist with managing maintenance-related expenses.
Requirements:
- 1 years of maintenance or facilities management experience
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings (Preferred)
