Position: Stockroom Associate
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
Position: Fulltime - Mon-Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
1. Effective Shipping Operations
What does winning look like: Streamlined shipping processes that ensure timely deliveries with minimal errors.
What does it take:
• Learn Small Package and LTL Shipping.
• Maintain an organized shipping schedule.
• Implement tracking systems for shipments.
• Regularly communicate with carriers and suppliers.
• Maintain diligence when handling parts.
2. Efficient Receiving Operations
What does winning look like: Timely and accurate receipt of goods ensuring inventory accuracy.
What does it take:
• Learn the Receiving Process
• Follow directions and help develop checklist for receiving procedures.
• Train staff on proper receiving protocol.
• Conduct regular audits of received items.
3. Accurate Parts Inventory Management
What does winning look like: A well-maintained inventory system that minimizes stockouts and overstock situations.
What does it take:
• Utilize inventory management software.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Set minimum stock levels based on usage patterns.
4. Organized Kit Building Process
What does winning look like: A streamlined kit assembly process that meets production demands efficiently.
What does it take:
• Follow standardized assembly procedures.
• Ensure all necessary parts are available before assembly.
• Monitor and adjust kit building based on production feedback.
5. Must be able to grow with the Company

What does it take:
• Must have professional communication skills.
• Must present a professional appearance in accordance with Company policies.
• Have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook or the ability to learn.

• Follow any additional instruction given by the area supervisor.
• Regular and Punctual job attendance is required for this position.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to travel for training opportunities which will require driving and always maintaining a valid driver’s license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the Material Handler job. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, up to entire length of shift.
• Must be able to exert moderate to heavy physical effort with lifting requirement up to 50 pounds.
• Must have strong range of motion.
• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and bend.
• Must be able to see, speak, read, and hear.
• Must be able to read instructions and all measuring devices.
• Must manipulate small hand tools and small parts.
• Must be able to walk over both even and uneven surfaces.
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE including seatbelt.
• Must be physically able to access all areas of the plant and grounds.
• Must be able to pass a background check and Drug and Alcohol screen. Random testing will be required.
