The Vacancy: The list established from this recruitment will be used to fill future, part-time and full-time vacancies and substitute/temporary positions for up to six months. The Position: Under the direction of the site supervisor and teacher, assist in a variety of classroom activities for children ages two months through twelve years old in a child care program. Required Qualifications: The knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this classification would typically be acquired through graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate; experience working in an early childhood learning environment is preferred. Completion of Early Childhood Education units is preferred as well. Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR certification, and proof of having been immunized against influenza, pertussis, measles, or qualifies for an exemption.
