About the Role
As a Foreman, you are the field leader and execution driver.
Your mission is to:
- Execute projects exactly as planned
- Lead crews with clarity and accountability
- Ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient jobsite performance
- Deliver a project experience that reflects excellence
This role exists so that Project Managers don’t have to step into the field to fix problems—you prevent them from happening.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Field Leadership & Execution
- Lead installers and subcontractors to execute the project scope
- Drive daily productivity and keep projects on schedule
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Solve problems proactively before they escalate
Safety & Quality
- Enforce all safety standards with zero tolerance for shortcuts
- Ensure all work meets company quality expectations
- Minimize rework and punch list items
Project Readiness & Kickoff
- Confirm jobsite readiness prior to mobilization
- Identify risks and communicate solutions early
- Ensure smooth, organized project startup
Efficiency & Performance
- Eliminate waste and maximize crew productivity
- Support logistics, materials, and equipment coordination
- Keep projects moving forward—no delays, no excuses
Communication & Professionalism
- Communicate clearly with PMs, clients, GCs, and crews
- Provide accurate daily updates and reporting
- Represent Covered Clad with professionalism at all times

Experience
- Foreman or field leadership experience in construction
- Commercial flooring experience preferred, but not required
- Experience working with subcontractors, GCs, and jobsite coordination
- Ability to read plans and execute project scope

- Accurate reporting and documentation of jobsite activity
