Covered California’s Policy, Eligibility & Research Division is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to serve as a Program Policy Senior Manager. This position provides strategic leadership for the Program Policy Branch, guiding the development and implementation of health policy in response to federal and state legislation while fostering a collaborative and high performing team environment.

Salary: $8,715.00 - $9,899.00 per Month

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA) rules and regulations
- At least 5 year experience in researching, analyzing, developing, and implementing health care policies or similarly related/regulated fields for large complex entities with many stakeholders
- At least 5 year experience writing, editing, designing, documenting, and managing the interpretation of laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines
- At least 5 year experience verifying the completeness, effectiveness, understanding, and accuracy of professional writing, such as policy guidance, procedures and processes
- Experience producing informed program policy options and recommendations to all levels of leadership
- At least 5 year of supervisor & management experience
