As a Priority Support Agent, you'll be a crucial part of our inclusive and dynamic team. This role involves addressing customer concerns regarding enrollment escalations and assisting with 1095-A/3895 tax forms within Covered California. Our Priority Support Agents are dependable, flexible, and have a strong commitment to assisting our customers. Pay Differential: If selected, incumbents will receive a call center pay differential and be compensated an additional $150 per month.
Salary:
$4,329 - $5,425 per month

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Prior call center or high-production environment experience
- Prior experience working with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Prior experience interpreting policies and procedures
- Experience working as part of a team and collaborating with others to meet objectives
- Prior experience delivering professional verbal and written communication
- Experience working with confidential /sensitive information
