SECURITY ACCOUNT MANAGERSalary: $100,000 annually, depending on experience and certifications.Location: Long BeachShift: Monday through Friday, with some evenings, and rapid response call outsPosition: Security Account ManagerCovered6 Security (www.Covered6.com) is seeking a highly experienced Security Account Manager.The ideal candidate will possess private security management experience or law enforcement experience at the supervisory level, and possess an in-depth understanding of both physical and electronic security measures.The ideal candidate will have first-hand experience with a Visitor Welcoming system.Candidates must have prior Security Account Management Experience for at least 2 years, with supervision of 10 or more employees.Experience must include scheduling, training, counseling, and terminations.Candidates must be super friendly, outgoing, exhume energy, and exhume positivity.Candidates must be highly articulate.Stoic or introverted personalities need not apply.Candidates must possess strong administrative skills, including report preparation, authoring of policies and procedures, and all aspects of computer literacy.Candidates must be in outstanding to excellent physical fitness condition to set an example to subordinates and project the Covered 6 brand.This position will require a mix of both office and field work, working as a field security officer and security supervisor, both under sometimes stressful and physically demanding environments.The account manager will be personally responsible for the training of all subordinates on but not limited to:Camera monitoringPatrol functions and techniquesInteraction with law enforcementVisitor, vendor and guest entry policies and proceduresCriminal intrusion contact and arrest policies and proceduresEmployment Requirements:California Guard CardValid Driver’s LicensePass employment verification and background checkValid US Citizenship or Permanent Alien ResidencyHigh level of emotional intelligence, articulation, and critical thinking skillsWarm, friendly, outgoing, with a persuasive leadership styleProfessional appearance (military or law enforcement)Mature and positive attitudeMust be in outstanding to excellent physical fitness conditionHonorable military service is preferred Company DescriptionCovered 6 is a group of highly experienced trainers and consultants with backgrounds in law enforcement, military, legal community and corporate security.
